Meeting Records

The FRVCD is striving to be transparent with the operations of the District, including Board meetings.  We are actively uploading documents to a public Google Drive structure, linked below.  If you are looking for a past document, check this link out first.  If there is a document you are looking for not included, let us know through a public records request.

​Past meeting minutes will be uploaded as time allows (please be patient as this may take a lot of time).  Meetings are being recorded and those videos will be uploaded to the District's YouTube channel.  The District will be maintaining meeting minutes vis audio/video recording rather than written minutes per ORS 192.650(1).
