Committee and Board Application

Overview

The Four Rivers Vector Control District is a Special District, formed and operated under Oregon Revised Statue 452.  The Deschutes County Board of Commissioners appoints a five (5) member Board of Trustees that serve staggered terms.  The Board must appoint a Budget Committee, with members serving three (3) year terms.  The Board of Trustees shall appoint equal number of Budget committee members as there are current Board of Trustees.

In addition, the Board of Trustees may create and appoint additional committees in order to help improve oversight and accountability.
